My wife LOVES turkey. As in she could eat turkey pretty much every night of the week. Thanksgiving is always a big hit around here.
But she doesn’t love all turkey. Anything smoked or processed is pretty much not welcome in our house, although we will get some good quality deli turkey breast for sandwiches.
But real roasted turkey breast is always hit around here.Print
1 Split Turkey Breast, approx. 3lbs from Trader Joes
3 lb. Golden Potatoes
I Small Delicata Squash (optional)
1 large Rib Celery
1/2 Small Onion
1 Clove Garlic
1 Cup Low Sodium Chicken Stock
4 Tbsp. Butter
Serve with a green vegetable, like my Sauteed Brussel Sprouts with Garlic.
