Description

A great smoothie for after a workout.


Ingredients

1/2 Banana

1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries

1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries

1 Tbsp. Peanut or Almond Butter

1 Scoop Protein Powder

1 Cup Water


Instructions

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. I use a Vitamix.
